Losers Bootcamps are a 4 week fitness and nutrition program that will offer you motivational and energizing fitness instruction, including guiding you through a healthy eating and nutritional plan

So What Can We Expect from?
Whatever your age, sex or fitness level, we promise that you will see results if you promise to challenge yourself and work out to your maximum perceived effort
So on day one, we will weigh you, take your measurements and record your body fat% and body composition. These measurements will be recorded again mid way through the program and again on the last day of your 4 week program so that you can see just how well you have done
This is entirely optional and you do not have to participate in this part of the program if you do not wish to. But if your fitness goal is to lose weight and inches, then we can provide you with all the necessary tools to help you reach and monitor your goals
Not only do you get the reward of seeing changes in your body, but we reward you with incentives to keep going, which can include discounts for signing up again and other exciting freebies
So what happens at the end of your 4 week program?
- You can sign up again and keep going with your new fitness and healthy eating program
- You can sign up for our one on one in home personal training with our instructor
- The one thing we do want you to do is to keep going and we are there to motivate you and to support you on your journey of leading a more active and healthy lifestyle

How much will it cost me?
- The ‘Losers’ GFT Program runs for 4 weeks, and is run 3 mornings a week at 5.30am on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the cost is $189.00 Inc GST
