Losers Bootcamp program

The losers GFT program will consist of 2 parts.

The GFT sessions will be 1 hour in length and consist of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises, whether you are a regular at the gym or a complete couch potato the Losers program is for you, our experienced instructor has worked with people of all shapes and sizes, and from 18 - 60+ years old.

At losers we are about quality, not quantity so we have restricted the session sizes to a maximum of 20 participants, this means every participant is given the maximum amount of attention on exercise form, help and motivation.

Each session is different so you will be challenged in many ways to reach your goals. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a cool down/ stretch.

The nutrition part of the course will be a sent to you via email, you will receive nutrition information to help you make better food choices, plan meals and eat a healthy diet. Any questions you may have about the nutrition advice can be asked via email anytime, or in a 10 Min's Q+A session after the exercises.

How to earn a FREE week.

Lose at least 4lbs of body weight during your 4 week LOSERS program and sign up for the next LOSERS 4 week program and you will receive a free week off your next consecutive session.

To qualify you must weigh in on the first and last day of the session and use the official LOSERS scale, and both before and after weights must be verified by one of our staff. This offered does not extend to pro rated programs or in conjunction with any other promotion.
